  • Remaining payment must be cleared upon project completion or as per milestone agreement.

  • No refunds are issued once the design process has started unless otherwise agreed.

3. Intellectual Property

All design work remains the property of WebVFXstudio until full payment is made. After full payment, you own the final files. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, content, and necessary access (e.g., hosting login) to avoid project delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services or website.
