Eligibility for Refund
A refund for a double payment may be issued if:
You have been charged twice for the same transaction.
The duplicate payments are verifiable through our payment records.
You submit your request within 2 days of the transaction date.
How to Request a Refund

Proof of the double payment (e.g., bank or credit card statement).
The date and amount of both transactions.
Your order number or account information.
Refund Processing
Once the duplicate payment is verified, we will issue a refund for the excess amount.
Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Exceptions
We are unable to issue refunds if:
The transactions are not identical or not confirmed as duplicates.
The refund request is made after the policy time frame.
